PHHNAT Serves to Help People in Need
Providing care for a loved one can be extremely difficult both emotionally and financially. Although governmental programs like Medicaid and Medicare offer assistance with covering costs, there are many situations where families are left to cover costs of care-giving out of pocket. We want to help. The mission of Palliative and Home Health Nurses Association of Texas is to support and advocate for the geriatric population providing care and resources to the community. Through your generous donations, we have been able to provide a number of medical supplies, meals and home care to individuals and families in need.
The number of people 65 years of age and older continues to increase dramatically in the United States. Due to an aging population and increasing costs in care, we want to provide more assistance to families in need. We ask for help in order to provide assistance to families.
